Presented by the North Florida Bicycle Club and the Major Taylor Cycling Club of North Florida, this is a long-running recreational cycling event now in its 37th year. It’s a non-competitive, supported ride open to cyclists of all levels, taking place on open public roads around Fernandina Beach/Amelia Island.
Route Options Five distances to choose from:
What’s Included Pre-ride snacks, fully stocked rest stops (food, water, Gatorade, and Pickle Juice), route markings, mechanical support, SAG vehicles, and a post-ride lunch. Registered riders also get a commemorative t-shirt and personalized number bib, with an option to have your event packet mailed to you before race day.
Beneficiary A portion of proceeds supports the NFBC’s Pedaling for Safety campaign, which works to reduce cyclist fatalities and injuries along Florida’s First Coast.
