Pedal and Play in Paradise
Pedal and Play in Paradise is TEAM Punta Gorda’s annual cycling celebration held at Laishley Park on Charlotte Harbor. The fun ride (not a race) welcomes cyclists of all abilities and offers four route options: 10-mile Mystery Ride, 15-mile, 30-mile, and 62-mile routes with staggered start times. Registration ($55 advance) includes light breakfast, T-shirt for first 400 registrants, boxed lunch with vegetarian options, and post-ride festivities featuring live music, beer, and ice cream. Helmets are required, and free loaner bicycles are available first-come, first-served. All proceeds benefit TEAM Punta Gorda’s bicycle-friendly initiatives and community programs.
