The Ridel Ora eBike features a unique frame design that incorporates a luminous ring that glows blue when dark.
The Ora (Get it? like an aura) is powered by a 250-watt rear hub motor that is paired to a Panasonic 36-volt removable battery. With five pedal-assist modes, it has a max speed of 24 mph and a range of up to 38 miles. The battery can be recharged in as little as two hours.
While the luminous ring is the most obvious feature of the Ridel Ora eBike’s unique design, it also sports 20″ Magnesium Alloy wheels and a rear spring suspension system. The bike rolls on 20×1.95″ slick tires.
Weighing just 46 pounds, the Ora has a weight limit of 290 pounds.
As with many similarly priced electric bikes, the Ora is equipped with a 1×7 speed Shimano drivetrain and mechanical disk brakes. Front and rear fenders are standard equipment, as is a front and rear light.
An LED display shows relevant ride data such as speed and pedal-assist level.
