The Tenways AGO T is built by a Dutch company and when it comes to urban cycling, the Dutch have it dialed in.
The Tenways AGO T may be the perfect combination of function and form in a Class 1 electric bike. Features like a Bafang mid-drive motor, silent and no-maintenance Gates Carbon belt drive and an Envilio internal geared-hub, show that this machine was purpose-built for commuting and urban exploration.
With an integrated torque sensor, the 250w Bafang M420 mid-drive motor delivers a smooth, natural, and intuitive ride. The Gates Carbon drive belt is mated to an Envilio internal geared-hub, which has a 310% gear ratio range, which is very close to the range of a typical 1×10 or 1×11 derailleur setup with a 11-36 cassette.
The 36-volt battery gives the AGO T a range of up to 62 miles per change and powers the bike to a top speed of 20mph while rolling on CST Puncture-proof 28″ x 2.0″ Tires.
Comfort features of the AGO T include an Aluminum step-thru frame, front suspension with lockout feature and a suspension seat post. The bike is built with hydraulic disc brakes to help stop and also includes integrated front and rear lights. An integrated rear rack is included to help carry groceries or other cargo.
The Tenways AGO T weighs 68.3 pounds and comes in one size to fit most riders between 5’7″ ~ 6’5”. It is available in Jungle Green (Glossy), Pearl White (Glossy) and Midnight Black (Matte) color schemes and retails for $2,699 at us.tenways.com.
