Miami Nights Rudy Project giveaway

You may not be able to ride like the pros, but here’s your chance to look like them (at lease from the neck up). The Miami Nights are giving away a Rudy Project EGOS helmet and a pair of Rudy Project Spinshield sunglasses.

The helmet, valued at $285, is a matte black Rudy Project EGOS model. It features a double density EPS core and an innovative internal structure, which enhances air circulation and shock absorption capacity. According to the Rudy Project, this helmet is their most advanced achievement in merging safety, comfort and ventilation. Instead of a snap buckle, the helmet features a magnetic clasp which Rudy Project calls the Fid Lock magnetic attachment system.

The Spinshield sunglasses retail for $175 and feature a wide wraparound lens, which is popular in the pro peloton. The sunglasses have ultra-grip rubber tips and nose pads, and Pro-Fit ergonomic temple geometry that ensures a snug, stable fit.

Rudy Project is a sponsor of the National Cycling League, which is a new professional league with a $1 Million prize purse from a four-city criterium series.

In a departure from traditional professional cycling, National Cycling League teams are made up of men and women who compete on the same course, albeit at different times, and receive equal pay and resources.

The 2023 NCL Cup is currently under way, with the next race set to take place on Aug. 13 in Denver, CO. The first race took place in April on the streets of Miami’s famous South Beach.

The Miami Nights are one of two professional teams sponsored by the NCL. The other team is the Denver Disruptors. The Denver Disruptors currently lead the NCL Cup with 139 points over Miami’s 95.
