TST Defender 26″ Fat Tire eBike
The TST Defender is a 26-inch all-terrain fat tire eBike built for those who may want to ride on mixed surfaces that retails for $999.
The Defender is powered by a 1300W brushless motor delivering 90 N·m of torque and a top speed of 28 mph, with a 48V 15Ah removable battery that provides a maximum range of up to 65 miles per charge. A full charge takes 4-5 hours.
It rides on 26 x 4-inch puncture-resistant fat tires that provide traction on sand, gravel, snow, and rough trails. The front suspension fork absorbs road impacts, and hydraulic disc brakes handle stopping.
A Shimano 7-speed drivetrain with twist shifter handles the gear changes, while 5 pedal-assist levels plus throttle take on the motor control. An LCD display shows ride data, such as speed, mileage, PAS and battery level and integrated LED front and rear lights are included. Front and rear fenders and a rear rack are also included and a front basket is optional.
The bike weighs 71.2 pounds and maximum payload (including rider) is 450 pounds. The bike is also compatible with the TST app.
