Kingbull Rover 2.0 All-Terrain Full Suspension eBike
The Kingbull Rover 2.0 is a full-suspension fat tire eBike built for all-terrain riding, combining a Bafang motor, Samsung battery, torque sensor, and hydraulic disc brakes in a single package.
The Rover 2.0 is powered by a 750W Bafang(GD) brushless rear hub motor with 1,300W peak output and 80 N·m of torque. Speed tops out at 28 mph in Class 3 mode and is switchable to Class 2 at 20 mph via the display.
Unlike the cadence sensors used on most eBikes in this price range, the Rover 2.0 uses a torque sensor that reads pedaling force in real time and delivers proportional assist, resulting in smoother, more natural power delivery and better battery efficiency than cadence-only systems.
The 48V 15Ah (720Wh) Samsung lithium battery is integrated into the downtube but removable for indoor charging, and is rated for a maximum range of up to 60 miles on pedal assist; real-world testing at maximum assist has returned approximately 40 miles. A 3.0A smart charger brings the battery to full in around 5 hours.
The full-suspension system pairs a front fork with a rear coil spring and hydraulic damper shock, absorbing impacts from both ends to keep the bike planted and controlled on rough terrain. Stopping is handled by ZOOM HB-875-E 2-piston hydraulic disc brakes with 180mm rotors front and rear, with motor cut-off sensors on both levers.
The Rover 2.0 rolls on 26 x 4.0-inch CST puncture-resistant fat tires on aluminum alloy 36-hole wheelsets with 12mm thru-axle front and rear. The all-aluminum frame uses a tapered head tube, guided internal routing, and a 30.4mm seat tube with an adjustable seat post fitting riders from 5’6″ to 6’5″.
A 700mm-wide handlebar and a moderate-rise stem produce an upright, natural riding position. The Shimano 7-speed drivetrain handles gearing. The KB35H color backlit display shows speed, battery level, pedal assist mode, and distance. An integrated 48V LED headlight with horn and a brake-activated rear taillight with left and right turn signals are all included standard. A cable lock, air pump, and phone mount are included as a free gift pack.
The Rover 2.0 weighs approximately 80 pounds and supports a maximum payload of 400 pounds. It ships within 2 business days from US warehouses and arrives 85% pre-assembled.
The Kingbull Rover 2.0 retails for $1,399 at kingbullbike.com and comes with free shipping, a 15-day return policy, and a 2-year warranty.
