Talon T787 Dual Motor & Dual Battery eBike
The Talon T787 is a dual-motor, dual-battery all-wheel-drive moped-style eBike built for riders who want maximum power, long range, and off-road capability in a single platform.
The T787 runs front and rear hub 750W brushless motors with a combined 3,000W peak output and 96 N·m of combined torque. Riders can switch between single-motor, rear-wheel-drive mode and dual-motor AWD mode on the fly by holding the “+” button on the handlebar control pad; the display shows a single bolt icon for rear-drive and dual bolt icons for AWD.
City mode caps top speed at 28 mph to remain street legal; off-road mode unlocks 36 mph. The bike ships in street mode with a factory-set 28 mph limit.
A 48V cadence sensor manages pedal assist across 5 levels plus a twist throttle. The dual battery system pairs two 48V 15.6Ah packs for a combined 1,497Wh and a maximum range of up to 90 miles on ECO mode (PAS 1–2), 80 miles on Normal (PAS 3–4), and 70 miles on Sport (PAS 5).
A battery balancer manages simultaneous discharge from both packs for consistent power delivery. Both batteries are tested to UL 2849 and UN 38.3 standards. The included 2A fast charger handles recharging. Bluetooth app connectivity lets riders monitor battery life, track total mileage, and manage lock/unlock status, with a Find My Bike security feature for real-time location tracking.
The full-suspension carbon steel frame runs a front fork with 125mm of travel and a rear shock with 50mm of travel on 20 x 4.0-inch puncture-resistant fat tires on aluminum alloy rims with 13-gauge front and 12-gauge rear spokes.
