Tezeus C6T Trekking eBike
The Tezeus C6T is a step-through trekking eBike built around a mid-drive motor, a 540Wh removable battery, and a 5-inch 1080P touchscreen display, aimed at riders who want long-range commuting and touring capability with the extra torque and gearing efficiency a mid-drive setup provides over a hub motor.
The C6T is currently available for pre-order, with shipping expected in September 2026. The aluminum alloy step-through frame is paired with an air suspension fork, and the whole package comes in at roughly 51 pounds (50.7 lbs excluding rack and fenders, per Tezeus’s spec sheet).
Power comes from a Tezeus-designed 250W mid-drive motor rated at 75 N·m of peak torque, driving a Shimano 9-speed chain drive with a gear ratio range of 95%–363%. Rather than a single sensor, the C6T stacks a speed sensor, torque sensor, cadence sensor, tri-axis gyroscope, and triaxial accelerometer for its pedal assist calculation. Top speed is capped at 20 mph, with four assist levels (0–3) plus dedicated walking and boost modes; Power 0 disengages the motor entirely so the bike can be pedaled like a standard bicycle.
The 540Wh removable battery is rated for up to 75 miles of range, though Tezeus notes that figure was tested at assist level 1 and will vary with rider weight, terrain, and conditions. A GaN fast charger brings the battery back to full in about 4.5 hours. The battery doubles as a portable power source, with a USB-C PD 3.1 port delivering up to 65W to charge a phone or other device on or off the bike.
Braking is handled by Tektro HD-M3120/M3110 hydraulic disc brakes, and the C6T rolls on puncture-resistant 700 x 47C tires. Safety features include a millimeter-wave radar taillight designed to detect approaching vehicles from behind. The 5-inch, 1080P TFT display is IP65 waterproof and touch-responsive even with gloves on or in the rain, and pairs with Tezeus’s app for fingerprint unlock, built-in Google Maps navigation, and remote data tracking. A MIK HD rear rack is included for quick-swap accessories or a child seat.
The frame fits riders from 5’5″ to 6’5″, with a maximum total weight capacity of 145 kg (roughly 320 lbs including the bike). The C6T is TÜV safety certified.
The Tezeus C6T is priced at $2,199 for pre-order (list price $2,499) at us.tezeusbike.com, available in Obsidian Black, Slate Blue, or Dusk Rose. It ships with free shipping, a 14-day return policy, and a 2-year warranty.
